We Completed the “Innovation Culture Barometer” Analysis with Ford Otosan

“Innovation Culture Barometer” is our innovation method through which we analyze the perception of innovation in institutions and identify areas of improvement within the scope of the Xnovate program.
We put this method into practice to capture an image of Ford Otosan’s corporate culture in the field of innovation and completed our work with a final report.
We want to thank Ford Otosan for its importance to the in-house innovation culture, and we are working to increase awareness of this issue in all organizations.
