We Held SOLVE Corporate Innovation Framework Training

We held our SOLVE training, the Corporate Innovation Framework, in which we came together with our stakeholders in the private sector as part of the TTGV Xnovate Program, on 17-18-19 June 2022 at Kıvılcım Studio in our TTGV Ankara Headquarters in Bilkent Cyberpark. In this training, our participants were equipped with the contents of the “SOLVE Innovation Approach and YETI Toolbox” that they can use in the business world. They trained on “transforming the market” in the field of strategic innovation with a workshop on designing the Blue Ocean Strategy Canvas. Throughout the training, we also discussed strategic analysis tools, lean innovation, business model design, and strategy mapping.
