Xnovate Fellows Term 3 Module 2: Growing in Business

On 24-25-26 June 2022, we were together with our fellow candidates in our module on “Growing in Business Life” as part of Xnovate Fellows: Innovation Leadership Fellowship Program. In this module, Ahu Büyükkuşoğlu Serter, our TTGV Board Member and Fark Holding Board Chairman, was also with us.

We supported our Fellow candidates with the “Innovation Sprint Program”, one of the Xnovate innovation methods, which will enable them to gain the necessary infrastructure by examining leadership climate and styles, leadership competencies that innovation leaders will need, and all the steps needed in the innovation processes from the beginning to the prototyping stage.
