We Held the First Meeting of “Tried and Not Failed”

Inhouse entrepreneurship and open innovation are among the foundations of the corporate innovation culture today. At this point, inhouse entrepreneurship is an innovative way of working for both the benefit that entrepreneurial, productive and innovative employees will offer to their organizations and for their own development. In our “Tried and Not Failed!” meeting within the scope of the Xnovate program, team members presented their unique perspectives by sharing their experiences on how they benefit from inhouse entrepreneurship or open innovation by prioritizing the profitability and productivity of the organization while protecting the creativity of the employees.
