Workshop Report “Psychological Security and Innovation in Institutions” Is Published

With the motto “We Develop by Sharing”, which constitutes the core of our Xnovate Circle community, we talk, share, raise issues, learn together and try to develop solutions in the field of technology and innovation. At the Common Mind Workshop on “Psychological Security and Innovation in Institutions”, which is one of the events we organize in this context, we came together with our community members to examine the relationship between the concept of innovation and psychological security and to share the success and failure stories we encountered in the private sector in this regard.
