At the 2021 TTGV Awards, the winners of the Dr. T. Fikret Yücel Award category were Bengü Güngör, Lecturer at Izmir Democracy University, with her work in the field of eco-efficiency, Environmental Engineer Cansu Toraman, with a new model proposal for TTOs, and Serra Baykal, a doctoral student from METU TekPol, with her work on the promotion of greenhouse technologies in Turkey. The winners of the Mehmet Şuhubi Award category, through which we reward technology-oriented entrepreneurship stories that have achieved success in the ecosystem, were Assoc. Dr. Burcu Saner Okan, with Nanografen, her initiative that produces graphene from waste tires, Kürşat Ceylan, with Wewalk, the smart cane initiative for the visually impaired, and Mustafa Tülü with Argex, the clock initiative that teaches coding to children. At the “TTGV Awards Ceremony” event on 23 December, award certificates were given to the winners by TTGV Board Chairman Cengiz Ultav.
