Innovation Culture: We Held a Common Mind Workshop on Employee Development Environments

We continue looking for solutions to problems by discussing, sharing and learning about technology and innovation by coming together with our Xnovate Circle community at our “Common Mind Workshops”.
As Xnovate, we carried out our third workshop of 2021, “Innovation Culture: Employee Development Environments”, on March 11. Through this workshop, we discussed the effects of employee development environments on innovation at length, and had the chance to enrich the topic with different points of view of our community members.
