He was born June 20th, 1973 in the Denizli county of Tavas. He graduated in 1996 from the Ankara University Faculty of Political Science from the Department of International Relations. Later on he received a graduate degree on “Policy Economics” from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
He worked at T.R. Prime Ministry State Planning Organization (SPO) - General Directorate of Social Sector and Coordination as Division Chief of Social Research. He is currently the Head of R&D and Entrepreneurship Department at T.R. Ministry of Development.
